To Kill A Mockingbird deserves to be in top 10 best fiction books ever! I'm sure everybody will enjoy this book and learn a lot of life lessons from it.

1984 is also quite good but may not interest everyone.

Haven't been much interested in victorian era literature. But will definitely try Crime and Punishment. I really liked reading The Idiot by the same author.
