Finding a life partner is tricky. I could relate to what you've written because all the girls I genuinely felt attracted to were not the right ones for me. We were highly incompatible in many ways, I realized this in hindsight after some introspection.

But after a couple of bad decisions, I made a better choice by consciously looking for what I need in a life partner and being totally frank about my own insecurities and limitations.
