Amazing. I didn't know he was the first one to visually depict our Gods and Goddesses. His paintings have impressive amount of details and very meticulous work. I saw his paintings once in some local museum in some Indian city and was mesmerized by the way he could make women look so beautiful in his paintings, almost divine. No wonder his paintings of our deities are revered.
